Benefits Specialist

Job Description

  • Engage with clients to create efficient benefits administration processes
  • Act as a liaison between clients, employees and carriers to resolve benefits issues
  • Build benefit plans in HRIS
  • Service client's benefits needs, including how to best incorporate HRIS
  • Maintain data integrity of multiple data bases
  • Audit monthly billings from carriers against deduction reports 

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • Prior benefits administration experience required
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in a deadline driven environment
