Payroll Sales Executive
Las Vegas, NV
Payroll Sales Executive is responsible for selling AmCheck’s Human Resource Management Solutions and payroll services to companies within the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
Attain sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed revenue goals and expand AmCheck’s value.
Develop mutually beneficial networking relationships with key decision makers in assigned territory.
Leverage knowledge of prospect’s business, industry and current HRMS platform to establish AmCheck's value and earn their business.
Conduct negotiations on behalf of AmCheck to secure sales that represent good business.
Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline and forecast data.
Maintain technical knowledge and product proficiency in order to effectively explain the value of our HRMS and payroll solutions.
Must be committed to uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain positive business relationships.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum 3 years prospecting, developing and closing leads for new business
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in B2B sales over the course of several years
Experience in consultative sales of HR technology, payroll or in a directly related field
Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external constituents
Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
