Job Summary

Senior Sales Executive is responsible for selling AmCheck’s Human Resource Management Solutions to companies within the Orange County, CA area.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Generate Revenue.

  • Attain sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed revenue goals and expand AmCheck’s value.

  • Develop mutually beneficial networking relationships with key decision makers in assigned territory.

  • Leverage knowledge of prospect’s business, industry and current HRMS platform to establish AmCheck's value and earn their business. 

  • Conduct negotiations on behalf of AmCheck to secure sales that represent good business. 

  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline and forecast data.

  • Maintain technical knowledge and product proficiency in order to effectively explain the value of our HRMS solutions.

  • Must be committed to uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain positive business relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • Minimum 3 years prospecting, developing and closing leads for new business

  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in B2B sales over the course of several years

  • Experience in consultative sales engagements in HR technology or a directly related field

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external constituents

  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
