Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Engage with clients to create efficient benefits administration processes
  2. Act as a liaison between clients, employees and carriers to resolve benefits issues
  3. Build benefit plans in HRIS
  4. Service client's benefits needs, including how to best incorporate HRIS
  5. Maintain data integrity of multiple data bases
  6. Audit monthly billings from carriers against deduction reports

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  2. Prior benefits administration experience required
  3. Superior written and oral communication skills
  4. Proficient in Excel
  5. Strong organizational skills
