Part-time Receptionist

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for those who call or visit  our office.  In addition to answering and routing incoming calls and greeting visitors, this position is also responsible for mail processing, the flow of correspondence and providing general office support with a variety of administrative duties.  Hours are 9:00 - 2:00, Monday through Friday.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer and route telephone calls
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors to the office
  • Create and distribute workers' compensation certificates
  • Sort incoming mail and process outgoing mail
  • Prepare labels for overnight shipments
  • Submit and track background checks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures
  • Professional appearance
  • Basic computer skills
