Benefits Auditor/Customer Service

AmCheck, a recognized leader in online employer technologies, is seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic individual to join our Benefits Team.  This position is responsible for auditing invoices from multiple insurance carriers and providing customer service in the area of employee benefits.  This position offers the opportunity to use multiple skill sets in the areas of auditing and customer service.

Job Description

  • Utilize Excel to audit monthly billings from insurance carriers against deduction reports
  • Enter adjustments to correct discrepancies
  • Maintain data integrity of multiple data bases
  • Act as a liaison between clients, employees and carriers to resolve benefits issues
  • Process enrollments, changes & terminations with insurance carriers

Candidate Profile

  • Prior benefits administration experience preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Knowledge of auditing processes and concepts
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A willingness to learn multiple HRIS platforms
