Production & Shipping Specialist
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for a wide range of production functions, including preparation of payroll checks for delivery, stocking production room with supplies and trouble shooting printers. This is a great opportunity to learn the payroll industry from the ground up.
Fulfillment Specialist Job Description:
- Operate printers, inserters, and other equipment as needed
- Prepare payroll checks and reports for delivery to clients
- Route packages for delivery
- Stock production room with supplies (envelopes, paper, check stock) as needed
- Maintain adequate inventory for all supplies used in the production process
- General office duties--scanning, filing, data entry
- Schedule equipment maintenance appointments with vendors
Candidate Profile:
- High School Diploma required
- Must be conscientious and have the ability to read and follow written instructions
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Physical ability to stand continuously for 4-5 hours
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks under time sensitive demands
- Have the ability to work with little or no supervision
